Each donation, made through the symbolic purchase of an item, helps improve the lives of Ricochet's beneficiaries by supporting essential services represented by the items and services featured in our store.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand your contribution is an unconditional and non-refundable philanthropic donation.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our online store, refunds are not possible. All purchases are considered voluntary donations and are immediately directed toward Ricochet's initiatives and services.
A charitable receipt will automatically be issued for donations of $25.00 or more and sent within a few weeks of your donation. Receipts are issued in compliance with Canadian tax laws and may be used for tax deduction purposes.
